1 Session

$150 - 1 hour

We kickstart the journey with a thorough assessment to gain insights into your unique needs and wellness goals. Please bring your completed Risk Assessment form. You will also gain access to '20 Tips to Flourish Guide.' We will be covering the following;

  • Health concerns

  • Nutrition coaching - Understanding macronutrients, micronutrients and supplementation that is beneficial to your general health and wellbeing.

  • Strategy goal setting to reach your desired goal/s

  • Accountability - understanding your why and digging deep.

Follow up Session

$110 - 45 minutes

This 45-minute follow-up is our time to check in on health concerns, review supplementation & nutrition updates, talk through lifestyle tweaks, and fine-tune your goals—with continued expert support to keep you on track.

3 x Coaching Sessions

$350 

1 x 1 hour initial consultation which includes a thorough analysis of your health concerns & what you would like to work on while working with Nourish loft Love.

2 x 45 mins follow up/ progress sessions focusing on;

  • Health concerns

  • Nutrition coaching - Understanding macronutrients, micronutrients and supplementation that is beneficial to your general health and wellbeing.

  • Strategy goal setting to reach your desired goal/s

  • Accountability - understanding your why and digging deep.

You will also receive my hacks to improve your performance & weight loss journey & some of my favourite recipes to help guide you to a healthier you.
